I have greatly enjoyed studying and applying to principles of Buddha Dharma and Taoism to my Mudo practice...For me personally it has enriched, and given my practice more meaning. <br /><br />I look at Taekwondo/Kong Soo Do/Karate etc. as a vehicle of self-actualization. A finger pointing at the at the moon, if you will ;-)<br /><br />BTW Great job on the updates to the blog, it looks great!
