As new yellow belts you have been introduced to a new form, Pyung Ahn Chodan. It is the first form of the Pyung Ahn or Pinan series. I have asked my friend Oldman if we could borrow a page or two from his "book" to help you guys out. You can see the forms illustrated below. You can also click on them to enlarge them. It gives you the basic sequence. Keep in mind Oldman's techniques need to be polished just like ours do but it's a good frame of reference. I hope it will be of help to you.
I will also occaisionally post some illustrations of ways to apply the basic movements of the form in self defense situations.
