Oh my gosh! I have never seen SahDan explained this way! When I learned it, I just learned the form. I was never taught the Bunkai. This is incredible to see! Thank you for sharing this!!!
Hi Meg, Keep in mind these are not "the" bunkai, just "bunkai"options and ideas. I began to explore the possibilities a few years back. It reall reinvigorated my practice.
